The Chamber contains 246 fixed raked seats in a fan-shaped auditorium, and offers versatility in its 1160 ft² area (107.77 square metres). It is equipped with basic technical amenities including a LCD projection system, DVD player and projection screen.
Two meeting rooms are available within Ben Franklin Place. Room capacities vary from 12 to 50 persons depending on seating configurations which can be Boardroom style, presentation style or classroom style.
