Hello everyone, I am new here I feel as though I have stumbled upon a wealth of information from people who know what they are talking about.

I was the owner of the CC rider for 3 years, you are killing me that you say the engines don’t work, one of the last things I did was pay foir a new engine, port side, and it’s about 11 thousand I’m still paying off. It’s likely still under warranty, and I left all the paperwork in the book in the yacht.

Knight and Carver in National City did the hull paint around 2004, and planked over the starboard driveshaft hul opening.

Did you have trouble getting insurance for a wooden liveaboard? I had my eye on a 52′ Connie last year and was about ready to pull the trigger when a couple of insurance companies that I spoke with said that they wouldn’t insure a wooden boat that was going to be a livaboard.

What year was the Chris Craft Sea Skiff?

1956 CHRIS CRAFT Sea Skiff. its in rough shape, probably too far gone to restore. HOWEVER,,,,,,it is all there as far as mechanics and hardware. Also, the transom is solid except for about an inch or so at the top. The windshield is also solid except for about an inch at the bottom. There is a roof frame but the fabric is shot. I believe the ladder is newer as there is no finish on it and it is in excellent shape. The fuel tank is in nice condition and still about 1/2 full….NO LEAKS. The engine shows surface rust but has been covered. The plugs loosened up easily, the engine spins freely, carb linkage moves free and the trans shifts smooth. I haven’t tried to start it because the coil is broken and i don’t have a 6 volt battery to hook up to it. Please look at all the pictures. the boat was last registered in 1993. THE TRAILER: this is the only 3 wheeled trailer I’ve ever seen and I cant find any information about it on line. with that said, I was reluctant to tow this 50+ miles home when I bought it. But it is, without a doubt, the smoothest and quietest trailer I’ve had the opportunity to tow. (that’s after sitting for 23 years) again, please look at the pictures. it has a welded repair near the right wheel. Please make ALL offers known. I WOULD SUGGEST YOU COME TO SEE EVERYTHING AND MAKE YOUR OWN ASSESSMENT AS FAR AS THE CONDITION. BOAT AND TRAILER ARE BEING SOLD "AS IS" WITH NO GUARANTEES AND NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTING BOAT AND TRAILER. IF PLANS ARE MADE PRIOR TO SALE, I WILL DELIVER UP TO 50 MILES FOR $1.25 PER LOADED MILE.

How much is a 1985 Chris Craft 500 Constellation?

1985 Chris-Craft 500 Constellation Just Reduced! $15,000 The Chris Craft 500 Constellation Motor Yacht is a stretched version of the very handsome and popular Pacemaker 46 from the 1970s. The expansive three stateroom interior is noted for a wide open salon, standard washer/dryer and an unusual forepeak head compartment. The fully enclosed and paneled aft deck serves as a second salon. the aft guest cabin doubles as a den/office and the enlarged flybridge can seat up to a dozen guests. The Seller’s own words; Quick history of the boat -> I bought the boat in 2013 from a doctor in Beaumont who had her for ~8 years. The boat home port was Watergate, but he cruised her mainly in Florida and Bahamas. After I got her, we sailed her back in Corpus which was her new home for a few years. Cruised her 3 summers with the kids along the Texas Coast. Major refit in 2015 -> We invested $150k in repaint (both deck and topsides as well as a fresh bottom) and improvements (engines and other area). Including a new swim platform, recondition props, new injectors and much more Overall, she is a great boat and nice to cruise (I would personally keep her, but my wife does not… ). I cruise her at ~10kn and she handles ok. I had her once in 12 foot seas for over 6 hours (not fun) and I was amazed at how well she did in these conditions. In marinas, she steers good using the engines and I dock her from the pilot house where I have the best view all over. When starting the engines cold, Port starts right away and SB needs a little throttle push for a few seconds. Once started, they do great, don’t leak and can run forever (just need fuel… lol). She has 4 fuel tanks (2 x 200 and 2 x 100) and I normally treat the fuel once a year after fueling her. The 20kw generator is great and operates all systems (better than most marina… we noticed). As for water, she has one 100 gal tank, a 40 gal water heater and pressure pump all good. And for sewage, she has a 40 gal tank (replaced last year) with a San Chlorinater system, but I normally just pump out and run the sump pump when at sea. If you are looking for a large cruiser, be sure to check out Blue Bonnet and see how much boat you can get for your money!
